My wife and I were on a short timeline to get our spring mulching finished. A Little Farm Nursery was there to help. Everything about the experience was great. I could easily order online and they were fast to respond so we could coordinate on a delivery time that worked. When the driver arrived, he could tell we needed a little more area than our tarp provided. He gave a quick solution that worked great and saved us from having more cleanup later. The quality of the mulch was great and the service was even better. I highly recommend A Little Farm Nursery for your mulch delivery needs.
Stopped by the Nursery when we saw they had Christmas trees. Our tree is the most beautiful tree we’ve ever had and we’ve been to a lot of Christmas tree farms! Tall, extremely full and it smells lovely. The girl working the tree area was so helpful and patient when our son wanted to compare all the trees. After shopping we walked around to explore and the owner was kind enough to talk to us for a while about the animals. The goats and the pig are all very affectionate. This place is a little gem. Highly recommend stopping by even just to check out the animals.
We had such a delightful experience here. The animals, especially the baby chicks were a pleasant surprise. The amount of flowers and plants was a good selection. They had exactly what we were looking for, Roses, Rosemary and Lavender. The produce was decent, and we were able to grab some tomatoes and squash.
First time coming here. I loved seeing the ducks, goats, and even turkeys wandering around. And the shop kitties. Such a cute place! We need to go back to check out the produce and other items when its a little cooler out.
ShoreRivers is grateful to A Little Farm and Nursery for hosting our family friendly expedition called Monarchs in our Children's River Friendly Yards. Christine toured the families around the farm highlighting native plants that are the host plants for butterflies and help to keep our rivers clean. This nursery offers a diverse supply of native plants that are helpful for a diverse and productive ecosystem while also helping to filter nutrients and sediment from runoff protecting our local waterways from degradation. Visit this nursery to pick up supplies to turn your home into a River Friendly Yard. Thanks, Christy!
