beautiful nursery pictures online, but when reaching out to ask them some questions about their nursery since I am not from the area, I was hungup on immediately. ouch! Maybe someone was just having a rough day.

Have always gone here for Mother’s Day and other needs for professional service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job!

Wonderful Nursery. Large selection. Even has a Garden for viewing. The staff was amazing and helpful. Went out of their way to help and make sure we found what we were looking for. Highly recommend to visit.

Nice experience. Found what we needed and plants were healthy looking, even though it was Fall. Other places we visited just had sad, leftover looking plants. Staff people were helpful and knowledgeable. The 30% discount made hubby very happy!

I stopped by recently to pick up a weed mat, expecting a simple, in-and-out trip. Instead, I was met with a noticeably condescending attitude from the staff. The person who helped me wasn’t outright rude, but the tone and overall energy made it feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The truth is, most nurseries carry the same inventory—plants, tools, garden supplies. What makes one stand out is the environment it creates. A good nursery should feel inviting, not like you’re interrupting someone’s day by showing up. That’s what was missing here. They may have rebranded from Bitterroot Nursery to P&T Nursery, but all they really did was trade in the old name for a new one—and a new terrible attitude to go with it. I’d much rather drive a little farther to support a place where customer service and community actually matter. There are plenty of nurseries in the area that offer the same products without the cold shoulder. I’ll be giving my business to those going forward.
