This place had a variety of Montana native plants and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. It's worth the trip out to Big Timber, you will not be disappointed!

I don't even know where to start! The plant selection is fabulous! I've never seen the typical nursery plants like petunias, pansies and violas, etc. The plants they have are natives and non-natives that fit with our habitat naturally. They carry flowering perennials, bushes, trees, and plants with a variety of lighting and watering needs. I have come in with terrible conditions for growing natives and get amazing knowledgeable advice and coaching and they have so much patience! AND my native plants gardens (that have horrible light conditions) are thriving and beautiful! People drive from hours away and over challenging mountain passes to come to these folks and it is all worth it! As a bonus, they also sell their all natural, grass-fed and grass-finished beef! I love these guys! They have earned my top recommendation.
Did the right thing. After a frustrating post about a tree that died, I was contacted my Sandy Blake and we discussed the situation. Differing views on watering between Blake’s and my landscaper seemed to be a potential loss for the tree. Blake’s were kind to make compensation for something that didn’t seem to be there error. I stand corrected. Thanks
Took the trip down from Bozeman to get some specific native plants and we were not disappointed. The selection was great, and they are such kind and helpful people. Can't wait to come back and buy more plants!!
