The business owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, and has a large selection of native plants. I'm very happy with my purchases and the advice I received.
We are just starting our perennial garden and it can be a bit overwhelming. Echo has a nice selection of plants. I liked the appointment system- there is no rush or lineup. Eryn was great and helped with making selections and giving good pointers. Our plants are thriving.
Echo Native Plants has a great selection of native Ontario plants and the owner, Eryn, is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The plants are healthy with strong roots for successful transplanting into the garden. Happily recommend!
So happy to find a nursery specializing in native plants near Almonte. The owner, Eryn, is personable, knowledgeable and so helpful. Highly recommend her garden consultation service and look forward to growing my garden alongside her business.
I spoke to Eryn briefly by phone to let her know I was interested in getting some native plants that had been used by Indigenous people in this area. I am putting together a raised planter garden in a local park and wanted to highlight native plants that were important to Indigenous people of the area. We made an appointment time for just a couple of days later and I was very impressed with the amount of information she was able to give me when I went to her business for that appointment. I was able to buy most of the plants I wanted and I will be going back for a couple more when they are ready to be transplanted. She gave me lots of options and advice about which plants would be best suited to the area I have. Later that evening I received an excellent email from her giving me information about each plant I bought and how they were used by the Indigenous people. I am totally impressed by her energy and her timely follow through. Also her nursery is lovely and worth the drive to see her wonderful set up.
