Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered several perennial bulbs from Fraser's this year, and they phoned me just prior to shipping to let me know that, due to the weather conditions in the area this year, some of the bulbs I'd ordered were on the small side. They wanted to confirm that I was still willing to go through with the order despite the fact that some of the bulbs likely would not bloom this year. They arrived from the other side of the country within a few days, and I found that they had sent me a double/dividing bulb for one of the plants that I'd ordered, and had included some extra bulbs as a bonus! I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
We live outside Nanaimo, so don't visit as much as I would like, but I am never disappointed. The people working there are so knowledgeable, and they have every plant I could ever dream of owning. Prices are great compared to our local nursery.
Amazing selection, competitive prices. Every plant you want.
Love this place! Beautiful plants, great selection and very helpful staff. I always buy more than I plan to when I go there. 😅
I visited Fraser’s Thimble Farm the other day (fall season) and was amazed by the range of rare and unusual plants on offer. The nursery was brimming with healthy stock—hardy orchids, unusual perennials, and many plants I simply wouldn’t find elsewhere. I brought home a few that I’m really excited about, all in excellent condition. Prices felt fair for both the rarity and the quality. A wonderful place to explore and well worth the trip to Salt Spring Island.
