First, I have to say thank you to the owner, Joey. He took a couple HOURS out of his day to teach us, but also helped us select based off our needs. You can tell the pride taken in his work and just a good general kindness about him. We left confident that we will continue to be customers! Thank you again for help and the kindness shown towards my family!
We had an amazing experience with this Nursery! The owner was pleasant and made sure he offered us a one on one experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable of his work! He makes sure you go home with beautiful trees and the knowledge to take care of them!
I've been going to Freedom Forest nursery for a few years now. I have purchased fruit trees from both online nurseries and a few local nurseries. I must say that the healthiest fruit trees I have on my property I have received from Freedom Forest. Joey is a stand-up guy and he is knowledgeable about trees and plants that do well in this area. He is very personable and is more than happy to share some experience with you. If you are serious about growing your own fruit trees and plants and you don't want to waste your time and money, this nursery should be first on your list.
With some advice and plants from Freedom Forest Nursery this is my daily intake of Strawberries!
An incredible, one-man operation. I showed up and the owner and his dog greeted me--it's a charming property and we talked for about 45 min about tips and tricks for ensuring success. He forgot to update his inventory to reflect the sizes available for Tulip Poplars, so he couldn't provide me that particular tree in the size I'd ordered. However, he did everything possible to make it right, offering to take half off the price for the smaller size and giving me free deer protectors and tree stakes. The tree selection is great, the service is personal, and I get the impression the owner is a very honest and earnest guy!
