Great garden center. High quality plants and very friendly folks.

I love their mulch have been using it for several years and always come back for more. All natural and smells so good. Compared to bags from the big box store I believe theirs is a better bargain especially if you haul it yourself. They also have an awesome selection of plants and shrubs! Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I put together a fall pot at Hidden Timbers. It was so much fun. All of the plants were right at your disposal. Better than picking them all up and taking them home to wish that you had chosen something else or didn't get the right amount. Your finished product was ready to take home. I love my fall pot.

Donielle took the time to ask a ton of questions to get the right plants and look for what we were going for. Even took some suggestions from our daughter who loves flowers. We couldn’t be happier with everything she did for us and will for sure be using her again!

Monica and Jim are knowledgeable and helped me pick the right plants and trees for our yard. Unfortunately we had a problem with some of the products. 5 Dwarf Spruces were purchased. 4 of them are doing great one is struggling and is dropping needles. Jim was on location to help me plan the planting of some trees and noticed the struggling tree. He said he had some fertilizer that he would drop off to help with the dwarf tree. 5 weeks later he said he was out of the product. So while waiting for the fertilizer I did nothing Finally 6 weeks later I purchased the fertilizer he recommended. Jim also installed 12 evergreens for us. He spent lots of time helping me plan the layout and We came to an agreement on the proposed layout. I reviewed the location of our underground dog fence with Jim and painted the location of the wire and proposed plantings. The plants were installed nicely and as planned but the dog wire was cut eight times. Not a huge deal because Jim was nice enough to bury new wire and I reconnected the wire to restore the fence. After installation I had noticed that many of the new evergreens were damaged. Evidently the exhaust on the machinery to remove the trees burned the trees. (see pictures) What a bummer. Does the consumer really have to deal with the mistakes like this. Perhaps they will grow back like Jim said, but why did he accept a subpar product for delivery from the nursery if they are damaged by the nursery? I will post updated pictures next summer of the damaged trees and update my review. After the work was done Jim texted me a picture of the invoice and I mailed a check. Unfortunately after almost two weeks Jim asked to stop payment on the check because it had not arrived. So I did that and then sent a check directly from my checking account bill pay to Hidden Timbers. I had no problem with this. Well later that day I got a text message from Jim that states, "he never sent the first check in my opinion". What a bummer. I'm guessing that I was not the intended recipient of that massage but it still hurts being called a liar after dealing with the problems from this job. Overall, I will be happy with the outcome of this job if the trees make a recovery like Jim said they would.
