Good mix of relaxation and education. Somehow, the “creepy crawlies” here don’t seem so creepy. The staff is knowledgable and clearly passionate about what they do. Please go and support this business!
Loved this place! Did a tour through the lab and saw a lot of really cool bugs/insects. Our tour guide seemed to have a blast talking to everyone and explaining about the purpose and history of the butterfly farm. The gift shop also had a good selection of items.
This is the coolest store and experience. I absolutely loved my time in this building and it was the highlight of my trip to Louisville. So many specimens as well as butterflies in multiple stages to view. There is a butterfly garden in the rear as well. The historic building is also very neat.
Beautiful place to stop by for a few minutes and within walking distance of a cool market. Friendly staff and unique gifts available! We loved getting to see monarchs hatch.
Amazing place and very friendly staff. You can get chrysalises of hummingbird moths and butterflies. Lots of neat gifts. Highly recommend.
