Meadow City Native Plant Nursery

Cannot speak highly enough of Meadow City! They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; amazing selection of native plants; fair prices; and last but certainly not least the focus on local eco-type plants is really cool. They recently adjusted the layout to be based on moisture/light requirements and bloom time and it’s super convenient. In my experience, their plants have always been quite healthy and have done well in my yard given the right conditions

The concept of native perennials grown from local seeds is the future of gardening and brings back the joy of gardening after decades of the same cookie cutter boring plants sold for a fortune at big box stores. Excellent local plant nursery specializing in native plants. The owners and staff are super knowledgeable about their plants and can tell you about all the beneficial bugs they support. The nursery is completely outdoors and open seasonally. Plants are very healthy and they are organized by sun/shade and wet/dry conditions and are sold in a biodegradable pot.
