Last year was the first time I discovered Native Plant Source!! And I wish I'd of found them many years ago. I've driven all sorts of miles to aquire native plants, when most of what I needed was a stones throw away the whole time. The most important thing I want to note is how INCREDIBLE the health of their plants are. Honestly, they are the healthiest I have planted and I have purchased from many of the more well known natuve plant nurseries in Southern Ontario. The root systems are SO hardy. Which is really the most important part. When you plant a plant, it's for tomorrow, not today. All of the plants I purchased last fall returned to me bold and thriving. I am so happy with their product and service. Sherri is so wonderful ❤️ I look forward to many dealings in the gardening years to come!

I have found Native Plant Source to be a hidden gem. I have recently joined the journey to native gardening. The staff at NPS are incredibly knowledgable and helpful in making planting recommendations. They have an abundant stock of plants in all categories and the plants are very healthy and sturdy. I have had a great experience using this nursery and highly recommend it to others.
*Update: After leaving my review, the team reached out again and explained that there had been a typo in my email address, which is why I didn’t receive their earlier replies. I appreciate them taking the time to clarify and follow up. They acknowledged the issue with the lupines, confirmed that they’re using a new source going forward, and offered a refund or replacement. They also clarified the Ironweed species was correct and just mislabeled on the list, and are updating their materials to reflect that. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the sincere effort to make it right. Thanks to Sherri & Jeff for the professional and thoughtful response.* Ordered native plants, but received the wrong species tagged as native. Invasive Lupinus polyphyllus instead of Lupinus perennis. Reached out with photos and details, but never received a response. Couldn't distinguish species until the following spring as the plant was a seedling, disappointing experience especially for a native plant-focused nursery.
