Sara was awesome! I bought a variety of plants and when I showed up to pick them up, Sara was awesome with placement, watering, planting recommendations, and realistic expectations for my new babies! Every plant is alive and thriving since being planted. Sara has first hand experience with native plants and was super helpful and kind. Recommending to everyone, support planting natives!
We called to make an appointment and she was able to get us in same day. She has a huge variety of native plants, great knowledge about them, and provided us with detailed care instructions. We bought 4 plants: one shrub, a current bush, a grass, and a flowering plant, and they are all so cute and doing well. Great prices as well! She was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve looked everywhere for a true native plant nursery and Native Utah Plants is the place. First off, the website is most helpful. Sara keeps the availability up to date. The plant descriptions were most helpful for planning out my garden. I loved being able to schedule a one-on-one visit. Sara answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Finally, the variety is amazing. We need to rewild our world by planting native plants to increase biodiversity, and Utah Native Plants is the first stop to making that happen.
I am so happy to have found Native Utah Plants! Having a water wise yard is important to me, but it’s hard to find native plants at most nurseries. Sara has made it so easy to find what I want. I’ve included pics of the firecracker penstemon I bought in mid April. I planted it April 15 and on May 5 it’s in full bloom and super happy!
