Plants arrived to our shop via UPS completely dead and molding. Very hard to get in touch with via email or phone. Do not recommend as a supplier.
Great quality plants and very fair pricing. I had a small replication area to plant and all of the plants averaged about 11 dollars each! Local nurseries all were charging $30-50 for the same plants and shrubs. I am very happy with the quality and the service was great! All of the plants survived their first winter and are growing great
I have ordered from New England Wetland Plants multiple times and their product never ceases to amaze me. Their plants are great quality and they respond quickly. I live far from South Hadley and so I usually rely on delivery. Dave the driver is on time and contacts me if there is ever an issue. I am also very impressed with their seed mixes. Some seed germination takes longer but when it flowers it’s beautiful! Overall this place is a great nursery and I highly recommend to anyone near and far!
Excellent service, I got several plants at an excellent price. I arrived to pick it up, everything was already separated. Thank you all. In need of more plants I will be there again.
There's a style of planting trees, densely, over a 1,000 - 10,oo sq ft areas, called a Miyawaki forest. Such a forest is meant to sequester carbon, and reduce temperatures in urban islands. Although I have yet to go to New England Wetland Plants, I know that the cities, such a Somerville, that have created these forests have bought most of their saplings and shrubs from NEWP.
