Purchased my mom a Mother’s Day plant from here and had it delivered by a family member within an hour of pickup. They sent a poorly cared for and basically dying plant (pics below), which cost me $40. When my mom went to return it (3 days later because she lives 45 minutes away) the customer service was horrible, demeaning, and rude. Despite a 21 day return policy on their website (pics below) the employee continued to push a 48 hour return policy! After much back and forth they reluctantly agreed to an exchange. Never purchasing from here again.
Beautiful assortment of plants! Everything was extremely healthy. Prices were high but reflected the quality.
They lied to me on the website and wouldn’t give prices! The lady seemed to not have a very good day! Snark comments were made involving my question abt out prices on snake plants! Outrageous!
I bought $100s of their best soil and it killed ALL of my plants. I know because I planted a lot of stuff without it and everything thrived, but the stuff I planted with their top soil killed all of my plants, bushes, and trees. Of course I fertilized. This mistake cost me a lot of money. Never again.
A lovely place to while away a summer or fall morning! Prices are a bit high but quality seems to match. And where else can you pet a lovely nursery cat while browsing the plants?! 😊
