Deeply disappointing experience. I won't be back and won't encourage others to go. First time there today about 11am and approached from the wrong side of the parking lot, clearly indicating unfamiliarity, where two employees saw us but didn't bother to direct us. Then browsed while two others talked... assuming one was helping the only other customer there; happily waited patiently for assistance. As we got nearer, after spending several minutes walking up and down the aisles, they avoided eye contact and literally kept their backs to us, and quickly separated once we got within earshot. One wandered off elsewhere on the property, so presumably not a customer. The other went into the greenhouse without a word or any kind of acknowledgement at all, where there were 4 or 5 employees huddled in a circle talking while my friend and wandered around completely alone for another few minutes before giving up and leaving. I have never been so blatantly ignored by so many people in my life, it was astonishing. Then, upon trying to leave the property by following the exit signs, encountered a closed gate, so had to drive the wrong way back through to get out. Everything I saw said they were open, and even if they were closed, one of the half-dozen people who looked me straight in the eye before turning away could have said as much. Awful experience. I'll spend my hard-earned money to landscape my entire property with an organization that actually wants my business.

Reflection Riding is simply the best. If you are local, or visit Chattanooga often, you HAVE to sign up for the mailing list. There are always fun happenings from native wildlife visits to native plant sales to simply walking the pond. RR makes me feel closer to wild Tennessee and I am grateful for that.

I had a wonderful experience at Reflection Riding Nursery! I made an appointment by email and was able to consult with one of the employees about my goals and the specifics of my garden space. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was hoping to create. I really appreciated that she only sold me plants that were thriving and appropriate for the season, rather than pushing unnecessary purchases. She encouraged me to come back later in the spring for additional options as more became available. The entire experience felt thoughtful and personalized — I’ll definitely be returning!
