Rocky Ridge Nursery & Landscaping

Unfortunately, our experience with this business was not good. We bought 2 trees about a month ago, a Japanese Maple and a Red Bud, which were both planted by a Rocky Ridge employee on our property. The Red Bud is not doing well and may be dying. We have four new trees and water them on a regular basis - 3 trees are doing well. We took pictures of the Red Bud and showed John, but to our shock, he interrogated us on whether we over or under watered the tree. He would not offer us any help on how to save the tree. When I asked him if he guaranteed his inventory, he said he doesn’t guarantee anything. I’m really shocked by this, as I heard so many good things about this business. Perhaps he was having a bad day?

Always a great experience, friendly, kind and accomodating. Ordered a White Fountain Weeping Cherry tree! John called me when it came in & I Picked it up today. In beautiful shape. Lots of blooms. He even put it in my SUV after we put the bucket in a trash bag, so not to spill all over my truck. Such a nice nursery. Definitely will be back.

Great selection of plants. Beautiful shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their plants are gorgeous and healthy. I look forward to visiting again.

My wife and I go there each Spring for about 4 years of the 61/2 years we have lived in Martinsburg WV. We find it like visiting friends each time we go there. Wonderful owners, very helpful and friendly has made it a place we look forward to going to each spring!

They take great care of you and the flowers are gorgeous!!! Recommend 100%. I even bought two Japanese cherry blossom trees! They help you understand what works beat for your soil and yard!! Shop local people!!!
