ordered 2 whitegold cherries bareroot. They came in the spring in perfect shape - dormant but just ready to burst. Very healthy, and decent sized. Price was on the low side but not as low as some of the sketchy places.
Wonderful customer service - great communication, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I had a unique situation and they were super accommodating. They have a great variety of fruit trees and the plants I ordered arrived healthy. Definitely recommended!
Great Scion! Thanks Harrison and crew for the awesome Honeycrisp Red and Honeycrisp Scion. I live in the Colorado Rockies at 8,500ft Elevation and had 5 apple rootstock I dug up from an orchard here 4 years ago and planted on my fully off-grid homestead. I've never grafted anything in my life but looked up on YouTube how to do so and went with trying the modified cleft graft. I received 3 Honeycrisp red and 3 Honeycrisp Scion from Roots to Fruits and got 13 grafts out of them and grafted them onto my 5 apple trees. 3 weeks later 98% success! and still a possibility a few more may pop and bud! I grafted late May due to cold Colorado temps and all good! I look forward to buying much more from Roots to Fruits! Quality product Awesome customer service! Thanks! Tad Z High Trails Homestead
I landed at 2 stars for 2 reasons after ordering a good amount from here a few times: 1 - The general quality of what is received, shipping costs, and ease of shipping. Without number two, I would have had them at about 4 stars. 2 - Most of the trees are grafted onto various rootstock so when I ran into my first issue where All of 1 variety of tree never leafed out/showed no signs of life, I reached out to try and figure out what was going on (not even asking for a refund or warranty) and it was radio silence. Given the quick responses of all the prior conversation, this tells me they are Not reliable if anything goes south. -2 stars for me. Overall, seemed like nice sellers, but given the lack of response to issues, any future orders I consider to be risky and unsure if I want to spend more money here.
I purchased Honeycrisp Scionwood from Roots to Fruits to graft into a strong apple tree I have that has less than desirable fruit. This is my first attempt at grafting, but I have very pleased that more than 90% of my grafts succeeded. I tried several techniques to see which would be most successful, and they all worked. The scions were fresh and of good quality. I will purchase more next year. I'm so glad I found Roots to Fruits Nursery.
