Lovely staff! Amazing selection of unique plants and quality supplies in a small, well organized space.
Fantastic selection of flowers, vegetables and shrubs all suited for the unique growing conditions on the Cape. From Rosa Rugosa to Privet if it thrives on the Cape you will find it here. Everything is well taken care of and healthy and there are some really unusual finds you would not see at the big box store nursery section
We stopped in last year while on vacation. We got some great & very healthy plants. We plan on stopping by again sometime during our vacation again this year. July 13-20,2024.
I’m a garden center junkie who loves to explore a well stocked nursery even if I’m hundreds of miles from my home. When I first drove by Bayberry Gardens, I told my wife, I needed to plan a visit! Sometimes you might walk past a restaurant or bakery and have that appreciation that you have to return because of the aromas that you breathe in. Here I was driving with our windows closed and yet I knew I had just driven by one spectacular garden center. Of course I returned and I was, indeed overwhelmed by their gorgeous potted plants and great selection of annuals and perennials. The staff was gracious and very knowledgeable and while I was shopping outside, there was great attention and signage regarding wearing masks and respecting social distancing. While it’s already July, Bayberry’s still has a huge selection of vegetable and flower seedlings as well as tomato cages and other supplies. They even have ladybugs! I was debating buying a container for our ride home! My one little worry was if the container opened up in transit, it might necessitate hitchhiking the rest of the way! Their prices were very reasonable and I’m definitely making one last stop before we depart for our trip home!
