Amazing produce, love the CSA!
I love getting my seedlings from Daisy Hill Farm every Spring!
Super easy order and pick-up system. I will definitely go here first from now. High quality local plants!
I have bought my summer garden vegetables from Daily Hill Farm for several years. They are a local nursery/small family business and I liked supporting them. Last spring I purchased a number of tomato plants and when I brought them home discovered one had what looked like aphids. Not a big deal, I called them immediately and left a message, expecting I'd be invited to return and swap for a new one. I received no response. I followed up with several emails and an additional phone call--again, no immediate response. Three weeks later, after planting season had ended, I did finally receive a response thanking me for my patience--only they hadn't communicated earlier asking me to be patient. Their delay lost me as a customer and I purchased my plants this spring from a different nursery.
I took the Design and Plan Your Vegetable Garden class with Kate, the owner, and it was fantastic! She provided clear, practical guidance to help us become successful gardeners. While the class focused on designing and planning, Kate also shared a wealth of valuable insights—from the best ways to keep critters out to recommended seed suppliers in New England and the most effective mulches. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the class both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
