An amazing resource in the Hudson Valley for those who are interested in introducing native plants to their garden mix. With thoughtful programing, refillery and recycling center on site. This place is a haven for people who care about our environment and want to make a positive change in the world. Highly recommend a visit. Would give six stars if possible!

Flower Power is a welcome and sorely needed addition to the neighborhood. A first-rate resource for native garden plants, and for trees, too. I am so impressed by the care taken to write description cards that tell you everything you need to know about each plant. Unique in my experience. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It is evident that for them its more than just a job. They believe in the mission of growing and selling native plants. I almost forgot to say: their prices are very reasonable (which make it perfectly ok to buy more ...)

Flower Power Nursery is the only place near me to get super diverse, real native wildflowers, shrubs and trees that are truly native to the Mid Hudson Valley. It has such nice vibes, a great community, and lovely events all the time. The owner Amelia has been sourcing the plants as locally as possible helping provide a full time brick and mortar for local growers. They are taking care to avoid spreading invasive jumping worms. It is also cool that it's right next to the O Zone which is a green zero waste home center with bulk goods.
