I bought pond netting for my goldfish pond. The lady was super friendly and a price I couldn’t beat anywhere else. It is exactly what I wanted and will do business with them again. We live across the street from them we got dirt delivered here they allowed us to use the skid steer because he couldn’t take it back where we needed it recently we went in and bought rock from them and they allowed my husband to use the skid steer to bring it over he did all the work and they just charged us a delivery fee they didn’t have enough rock so we talked and she knew we’d be back this week in order to get the last 10 ton I even called yesterday and spoke to her about it making sure it was ok yep everything is great. Go in this morning pay for the rock and the delivery fee my husband gets to work he gets 6 1/2 ton done and all the sudden they come out and tell him we either have to pay another 100 or we can’t use the skid steer anymore and they’ll refund the other 3 1/2 ton knowing they put us over a barrel even after speaking to her about how upsetting that is especially because we had communication we paid it I will not ever step foot in this place again if they had told us this morning before we even started it would be different no we wouldn’t have been happy but to do a shady practice like that if we’d have had any other choice I’d have walked away from now on I would rather pay more to deal with a legit business also mind you she is the one who told us she didn’t feel it was fair to charge us the skid steer usage fee since he would have to do all of the delivery himself was 100 percent her idea for the price not ours
