Indoor and outdoor plants are beautiful and look better than store plants. Definitely take good care of their plants.
Outstanding! Friendly, professional, quality. They even sell real mulch vs the scotts scrap at big box. Do yourself a favor and shop places like this instead. Better quality and people who stand by what they sell. Just got some privet there - only place in county that had them
My absolute new favorite nursery! I pass by here everyday to work and decided to drive in one day, they have a huge selection of outdoor and indoor plants. I live in an apartment without a yard/balcony so I’ve mostly been on the hunt the for indoor plants, and let me just say, I’ve never found a local nursery with a large variety of indoor plants, especially trending tropicals. A lot of nurseries in the area focus on landscaping and outdoor plants. But Rose Hill has a gorgeous greenhouse with a HUGE selection! They carry so many trending tropical plants and at very very affordable and fair prices. They also carry many succulents and cacti. I’ve visited Mossy Ferns in Hastings and Bronxville, which also carries trending plants but they are soooo expensive (and sometimes sad looking). And the big box stores (Home Depot/Lowe’s) in our area doesn’t carry a lot of good finds - I’d have to drive out to Lowe’s in Norwalk for anything decent. Anyways I’m so happy to have stumbled on Rose Hill! Not only do they have a large selection but the greenhouse is so clean and the plants are very very healthy and thriving! No sad looking plants whatsoever. For the rarer plants (eg Hoya Kerii) they are on the pricier side, but nothing outrageous. Totally fair :) And if it’s a few dollars more than purchasing from a big box store, I would honestly love supporting local small businesses that are this thoughtful about their plants! I wish I had the money and apartment space to buy more! I love coming here because it’s just so relaxing to walk around the greenhouse. Heather and Henry + their 3 eskimos are always so friendly and informative on their plants. She even gave me some freshly picked tomatoes 🥰 Also this place is dog friendly! Just note they have 3 eskimos on the premises
Amazing place. Great selection of plants from succulents to trees. Staffs were nice on the phone and in person. Primarily visited to see succulents and small indoor plants and found so many rare kinds. Very, very healthy plants. Nice to walk around the garden to see so many beautiful and thriving plants and trees. I am glad that I live close to this nursery. Definitely visiting again in near future.
The best!!! In the past, I’d buy plants from Home Depot or Lowes, & they’d always die almost immediately after bringing them home even with proper care. Now, I buy all of my plants from Rose Hill and they are all thriving. Huge selection of plants/pots. The owners are so informative, kind and helpful. Thank you Henry & Heather!
