I've ordered both delivery and pickup orders from ServeScape and couldn't be happier. The selection is the best I've ever seen in Georgia, the prices are great and so is the customer service. I was a little hesitant at first to buy plants without seeing them, but I've never had a problem with any of them. Just keep in mind that if you order an off-season or dormant plant the appearance might not be appealing, but it's still healthy. That's one of the things I like the most about ServeScape -- you can order things that are off-season, plant them during late fall/winter and have them established by spring.
ServeScape not only had exactly what we were looking for, but they made delivery very easy. They were extremely communicative and the delivery app was super easy to follow along. I knew exactly when they were arriving. I would absolutely order from them in the future for all my landscaping needs. Highly recommend ServeScape!
Purchased 15 gallon tree (arrived nice) but has died @7 months. They say there is a 1 year guarantee , then they only offer a 25% off replacement. Don’t trust them.
The service was excellent. She delivered all of my plants (which were pretty heavy) to the spot I needed them. I've used services before where they just dump them in your driveway and drive off. She delivered them with care. The inkberries are absolutely gorgeous and in excellent shape. This is why I keep coming back to Servescape.
4-1/2 stars. I ordered lots of plants from ServeScape because they offer a good selection of native plants which can be hard to find. I am only planting natives now because I am trying to, you know, save the world. (Please see Doug Tallamy’s vital research and books.) Other than my order being 2 weeks later than expected (perhaps understandable at the end of the season) and not getting an update from them, I am quite impressed with ServeScape. The plants I ordered look far better than I expected for being dormant. And unlike mulch from Home Depot and Lowe’s, the bags of dirt and mulch were NOT waterlogged—hallelujah! (Note: A couple of these plants pictured below came from my own yard. With a deep freeze coming, they’re are a lot of plants sheltering in my garage awaiting warmer weather.) Clay delivered the mulch, dirt and plants just where I wanted them, but I’m glad I was home so they weren’t left on my front walkway. I suggest ServeScape ask customers where they want plants and mulch delivered. I let Clay use my garden cart to make the job easier. Maybe ServeScape should keep a wheelbarrow on the truck.
