California Flora Nursery

Josh and crew continue to grow high quality plants, with many native to the area. Sunday is an easy drive up from the Bay Area for me. Mix in a visit to the winery/cider farm down the street and it’s a relaxing afternoon!

Hands down California Flora is the place to go for native plants. They have a wide variety of plants. Their prices reflect their unique selection of plants. The staff are very knowledgeable about which plants are best in which part of your garden.

Wow, I am absolutely in love with this place. Just a beautiful spot to walk through, and knowing that nearly everything for sale there is a California native already adapted to our climate and supportive of our native ecosystem. Jack was SUPER helpful in selecting some great groundcovers to add to my garden, and I will DEFINITELY be back again and again.

Amazing selection, especially bulbs (Giant Trilliums, too!) and manzanita in January. Very helpful volunteers and pretty standard prices for most everything. Plants were very vibrant and healthy, most were recently repotted and clearly labeled. I found too many good things, and I cannot wait to find places in the garden for them!
