What an AMAZING Nursery, large variety of plants to choose from including native plants. A great indoor section for shopping, they host great events and classes! AMAZING staff! Amanda, Rivette and Marie are the BEST!
Winding Stair Nursery's staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The nursery offers a wide variety of plants. I especially like their native plant selection. It is also a great place to pick up a gift for any plant loving friend or to enhance your home decor.
Winding Stair was so awesome to work with on our last landscaping project. Greg was extremely knowledgeable. We wanted to stick with mostly native species and Greg helped us select a wonderful variety of plants that went well together. All of the plants at the nursery looked really healthy and a few days after planting everything still looks amazing. Josh was the delivery driver and was able to bring everything the day we ordered it. The staff also recommended some nutrients to apply to the roots prior to planting. The store inside offers a lot of unique pots and planters for your house plants as well. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this business
My family & I attended the bee hotel making class in April, led by John Kotab. It was a terrific class, learned so very much about many varieties of Bees and their behaviors, habitats, and need for specific safe places to lay eggs. We made bee hotels, which we beautiful! The outdoor classroom was lovely, and I came home with some native pollinator plants to put in the ground! It was a terrific day, and I can’t wait for future offerings!
I just picked up my fresh wreath and garland from Winding Stair Nursery and couldn’t be happier! Everything is beautiful, fragrant, and clearly made with care. If you haven’t been yet, you should absolutely go—this place is wonderful!
